Thanks for sharing this mino2255.
If anything I found it easier than your video showed. My screen came out cleanly so I didn't need to clean the icon screen. I did, however, need some double sided adhesive tape which I had ordered with the replacement screen.

thanks. i just did on mine lol. the digitizer part has 2 layers of glass glued together..the top glass cracked first.. when opening the digitizer, i cracked the 2nd glass and thought it was screen but it was the 2nd layer. So overall it was not so hard..opening my xperia z ultra was a nightmare, the digitizer cracked, but the LCD was fine. but ended up destroying the LCD when opening the digitizer, u just have to replace both the digitizer and LCD together

BTW I used an iron (adjustable heat), had no heat gun or hair dryer..put a tissue paper between the iron and the screen and ironed the screen for 3-5 seconds
