So excited for this collaboration! John Wai has a very diverse background that's totally pressure tested and uses it in combative sports and competition. So interesting to see how Kung Fu especially Wing Chun and Choy Li Fut and how they can be used in combat sports. adaptation and other arts are needed but the theory, concepts and practices. Nice to see some CLF represented! I'm a Choy Lee Fut guy myself, in my school we train angles too. My Sifu insists a lot on them. I heard that Wong Tat Mau (famous CLF master) had a lot of students who competed in sanda. So there's definitely a precedent for CLF in combat sports. Great video!

That includes arts that have often been taught together or combined, like Bajiquan and Piguaquan, Taekwondo and Hapkido, Savate and Le Canne, FMA and JKD, or Tai Chi Chuan and Shuai Jiao. I’m also interested in classic rivalries between styles, like Kyokushin vs Taikiken, or BJJ vs Luta Livre.
