When I first went into ministry in 1992 I loved this song. In 1999 I had the privilege of serving a church in Louisiana; one of the youth pastors not far from our church was the grandson of E.M. Bartlett. Needless to say whenever we have youth events together, this song was sung AT LEAST once. Love this song. I have the privilege of serving as a Hospice chaplain now and use this song regularly.
