That rifle is a gas blowback airsoft rifle manufactured by G&P which as an avid airsofter myself is definitely worth some serious cash dude I'd estimate around $300 for just the body. They don't make that body style anymore and are considered collectors items.

Man speaking as a 20+ year licenced plumber, you hit the jackpot. You could sell all of those copper fittings, plastic fittings, rolls of blue tape cans of glue and 95% of the rest of it without batting an eye, for a huge profit. It did hurt my stomach a bit watching you push $20 to $50 items aside to grab a $3 galvanized nipple, but then you said F it and started grabbing handfuls of everything and put all of us plumbers at ease! Score!

Some of that stuff still had the store tags on them. It amazes me how wasteful people are. I felt a little jealous when you pulled the training rifle out of the dumpster. Good haul!
