PrintNC Frame Prep & Assembly - DIY CNC - Episode 4

Hey y'all! I know I clear my throat a lot in this one.. But was getting over a cold.

In this episode, we concentrate on the frame. Getting all the holes lined up, drilled and tapped. This process was pretty straight forward and went fairly quick with the drill/tap combo. I highly suggest drilling pilot holes prior. But you could always just go for it.

Next episode, we will dig into the Y axis! A lot of holes there and spoiler alert.. It all went off without a hitch.

Stay tuned as I will be documenting the entire PrintNC build! If you like the series, consider dropping a like and subscribing. It really helps me with motivation to keep making additional content.

Congrats on a square frame! The first and one of the bigger "moments of truth" during the mechanical build.

Transfer punch or center punch? Transfer punch seems to be a the way to go and it looks like that's what you have

You can just 3dprint a guide for the punch.
