Exercise and diet. Get kids outside and playing.

People this is not hard. My 15-year-old boy is healthy and lean. Do not eat fast food as much as possible. Maybe one time a week at most. Eat meals with protein, carbs, and fats every meal. Eat smaller meals. Do not eat a couple of hours before bed. Exercise, and sleep 7 hours at least.

The real need is to bring back a healthy sense of shame. Things go pear-shaped when people ignore the alarm bells telling them they are violating real standards of decency. Please stop making up excuses for sinful indulgence.
