Is this THE BEST PRIME LENS for Travel Photography?

On my most recent vacation I used this one lens more than any other. For me I think it really could be the best prime lens for travel photography. But let me know you think on this topic! And enjoyyyyy

I’m totally with you on the 24mm focal length, I used EOS R with RF 24-105 F4, fantastic lense, and even at F4 I found I took photos videos at 80% 24mm, it’s my favourite, I only zoom in to something that wasn’t close to me so I could reframe by zooming. Bulla!!! Diving in Fiji is just the most epic thing ever. I find it hard to shoot portraits with the 24mm but it doesn't stop me from trying! Have fun in europe!

Man I love this lens, I have it on my R5 all the time. It's my go-to lens and my favorite focal length. I hear rumors of Canon releasing an RF 24mm 1.4, and I and so hyped for it. In the meantime I love this lens for travel and also portraits!

I had to sell my CANON EF 24 1.4 to pay for my new RF L lenses, especially my 28-70. I loved it but I had no choice for now. I loved it but occasions to use it were rarer than more standard lenses for me. I cannot wait for the rumored RF 24 1.4...

Such a good lens! I think I still prefer 35mm for FF though but since I film with a S35 sensor 24mm is pretty perfect :)

24 is to wide for most scenes, i think for all around lens 35 or 28 mm is much much much more suitable solution
