The main reason I replace the expansion or orifice tube on all compressor replacements is because all of the compressor's I purchase require the expansion valve or orifice tube be replaced with receiver dryer and compressor for the manufacturer warranty. Even if it's a clutch failure and nothing internal, if you want the warranty you replace the trio

Really a fantastic great graphics the only problem I have is your cursor disappears into the white background perhaps you could make your cursor black or a darker color circle instead of being yellow maybe being black or something like that I'm having trouble following the cursor

thank you professor for the great video. Would you please help me understand what could be the issue when high side pressure doesn't change whether ac on or off. Clutch does engage when ac turned on. When ac off: low/high side 115/125, ac on; 90/125. No hot or cold when toucing the low/high pipe. Thank you.

I'm a bit confused why the H valve would close when pressure is lower and open when higher. Wouldn't we want more refrigerant to enter the evap core, to rise pressure if the suction line is getting too low? Wouldn't that cause a dead heading kind of scenario and the low side would just continue to drop since refrigerant isn't being passed on the high side?

Prof can you comment on what the H-valve is fully restricted, the variable displacement compressor is working and the high pressure line to the H-valve is cold to touch? Kindly comment of what may be happening.
