I have one 8 years old. He was left on the side of the road, out in the country. He was probably 1 year old. I was 73. He is the sweetest, gentle dog. He is absolutely the most hard headed dog I have ever had. Spent 1400.00 to get him trained. Lol might as well set a match to that money. He does everything when he is ready and not before. But, i love him so much. When I first took him in all I could think was that he wasn't an old ladies dog. 3 times he had the zoomies and came flying by me, clipped my legs and down I went. I have an elderly neighbour whose Staffy plays with mine. The owner has mobility problems and now exercises his dog with a mobility scooter. A few weeks ago his battery ran out half a mile from home. No problem, he got home by Staffy power.
