Getting Started with PyTorch in VS Code

This tutorial lacks the most irritating, frustrating but absolutely mandatory step to get started with pytorch and vs code. It is mentioned in this tutorial with the brief sentence as "now that we have everything set up". Setting up VS Code paired with pytorch environment can be quite irritating especially when it comes to creating a virtual environment for that folder which in real life is almost 99% of the time. So, I suggest renaming the title of this video because to get started with pytorch you need first to set it up and it's not that straightforward.
