Wella colorcharm liquid toners T15, T18 & T19 review and demo!

In this video I will be showing you how I applied Wella colorcharm toners in the following shades and its results

Also I've noticed a discrepancy concerning the instructions for use on the Sally beauty website vs. the instructions of use on the Wella professional website.

For as long as I could remember, Wella colorcharm liquid toners were that they were to be applied to damp hair, the toner to developer ratio was 1:2 and it was allowed to process for UP TO 30 minutes.

For the sake of clarification, I will be using the instructions for use mentioned on the Wella professional website in this video
