Thank you for this simple short video. I needed to use my hitch and wasnt sure about the clips on the hitch cover. After 35 min on hold with rivian I found your 2 min video. One thing I hate about rivian is their infuriatingly terrible customer service. Best vehicle I've ever owned with the worst customer service.

Tyler this was super helpful. Finally got my invitation to configure. A question you might be able to answer please: I have a very large dog who will not jump. Currently I have a Heininger Twist Step (mounted on the tow hitch) on my Toyota 4runner. Do you think it is still usable on the Rivian RIS? I'm not sure it will give him enough clearance with the lift gate down and if I can't get him into the vehicle, it may be a deal breaker for me. Thanks so much.
