pro tip if you see this, removing the grease makes the cheese a lot thicker😅

A little trick someone taught me for draining the grease. I take my tongs and a paper towel and I put it into the meat and sop up all the grease. I maybe use two or three paper towels at the most and it’s done. 🙂
