The trophy in question is "You Asked For It" for The Evil Within PS4. It's about beating that game on AKUKU difficulty (1 hit kills you, though you have infinite lives). I have also gotten this trophy. The hardest part was Chapter 6 for me; there's a huge fight with multiple waves of enemies.

I was happy when unlocked it. The game is amazing! I did enjoy Akumu mode and others trophies were not that hard tbh.
