thanks so much mate....I've just purchased (from a reputable dealer)a full set of brand new pst3's ...14" & 16" crash ...10" splash...14" hi's & 20" ride complete with 4 mapex double braced booms all for £235 thanks to your video...it was such a good deal that I thought it was too good to be true and that they must sound terrible...but after hearing this...I know they're ok! Thanks again dude!! :oD

Good demo. The hats and ride are okay. The 18 is pretty good if you dig the 2002 sound. The 16 is not so good. Nice playing too

it sounds as though the cymbals are not very resonant....Im not sure it that is just because they are being recorded or if they actually sound like that, its just they sound muffled....I am thinking about buying a set of pst cymbals and i wold be much obliged if you could let me know if it is the cymbals or just the recording thank you

Don't but this cymbals. I tested 16 inch crash and it sounds more like splash. Better choice is istanbul xist or agop art20. They are more expensive but they sound is just mindblowing for their price. Best cymbals for beginner drummer.

...I just bought my first set of Pst 3 cymbals today, yippppeee, can't wait to give them a thrash. Ideally I'd go for Zildjians but I got such a great deal and I need so much practice I'm happy with my purchase! "Entry level" sounds negative, seeing as Paiste are such a good brand? Did I buy wrong?

I have these and they sound NOTHING like this.. I got them with my kit and yeah. Entry level is a good word. They do not sound HORRIBLE, but they do not sound good either.

The Paiste  Pst 3 series, is the worst cymbals i have ever played with. They make almost no noise, no matter how hard you beat them. And the sound in it self is absolutely is terrible.

Expensive set of cymbals doesn't make a good drummer...its a matter of how you use the set...no matter how cheap it is...IMHO
