O, Man. They work outside in the afternoon... In my birth country workers, especially, farmers, just work from the early morning until the late morning and also in the late evening, when it's still not dark in this time, but temperatures are just hot, not extremely hot. Heat waves are OK, when you're smart enough to deal with them. Anyway, it's much better than snow and zero temperatures in the winter. I hate snow so much 🥶

I was in New delhi in June 2012 it had 48 degrees, it's not so unusual. I feel with the construction workers, working conditions need to be adjusted to the season, especially in the subtropical areas where temperatures are so high in difference during the season. Even markets, I'd don't understand why they don't open earlier in hot season and close from 12 to 3pm, would make much more sense. In Uttarakhand we got a lot more rain than usual in May, usually it's very dry in this season.
