We once had a small shop which sells a drum of oil, and everyday I would just play arround it and sniff it whenever no one is looking.

In fact when the shop closed down and the oil was taken away I cried as if it was somekind of drug, the smell was amazing.

You know what hits me like Cocaine:
-Diesel Fuel
-Mineral Engine Oil for heavy duty diesel engines

The latter one is the real good shit since it has all the "dinosaur juice vitamins" still in it and god damn that smells like heaven. The lightweight Synthethic/Mineral Blends full of additives most car engines run has barely any smell.
Gasoline is a blend consisting of multiple light crude oil distillates so it lacks that distinctive mineral oil smell the middle and heavy distillates have.
