Dynaudio Xeo 3 problem

My wife bought the new one for me in 2015 in USA bring to Vietnam and waiting for me doing my Internship in Germany. When i cameback to VN in 2016 eagerly unbox to use but one speaker canot play even everything new in the box and nylon drap. There was no warranty service in my country, lost a big money and chill me to the bone

Same problem here, is the other speaker still working?
it seems that the AMP board is not ok, but i need to rule that out here
