Leatherman has an AMAZING warranty, I sent in a 22 y/o leatherman supertool 200, with 2 broken implements. Paid $25 to ship it insured back to leatherman, about 3 weeks later I had a brand new leatherman super tool 300 (since the older model was out of production).

When are you going to come out with a new product to replace the Leatherman Squirt PS4? The Micra is no substitute. There's no suitable alternative on the market and old stock and used ones are getting pricey.

I get that it was too expensive to fulfill warranty claims on Squirt PS4s (usually broken scissor springs) because of the riveted construction. Just which back to screws like you had on the very first run of Squirts!

Why, in the UK, do you have to replace the whole unit? I had an eched Leatherman from my Late father who died last year. I would've loved my eched Leatherman back instead of a new un-eched one.

I sent my Leatherman sidekick in to get repaired. It's been over a month and I have nothing.. your warranty absolutely sucks. I would never buy another Leatherman again. I asked Leatherman what's taking so long? I got no response. What kind of BullShit company is this?..I'm upset
