Ingredients:

2 kilos - ube

Procedure:

Wash the ube and get rid of the dirt from the skin. Pour water one half of the cooking pot. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes. Let it cool. Use knife for peeling the ube. Then use grater to shred the ube.
