Camberwell House in Melbourne Eastern Suburbs
We providing this concept video to our client to help visualise the changes to be made to their single fronted Victorian terrace.
The front part of the original house has been maintained. The extension at the back includes a large living/dining/kitchen space. The first floor addition a new master bedroom, ensuite and study area with fantastic views out to the Camberwell Town Hall clock tower.
We designed a bespoke timber screen on the large first floor window to avoid overlooking issues and allowing filtered light and views out to the garden.
From street level the extension nestles discreetly within the surrounding roof tops.
This project was constructed and completed in 2020.
