Nicolle Wallace reacts to former President Donald Trump's rally at Madison Square Garden in New York, where multiple speakers shared offensive rhetoric. "By all measures, a moronic political strategy, which leaves one explanation. One, maybe he's not trying to win. And also, this is who he is," Wallace said on Deadline: White House.
