My grandpa used to make pizzas all the time, he was italian but living in Brazil.
When we went to Tokyo once my whole family cried after tasting the pizzas of this man. We eat pizza all the time, but this one had something nostalgic. Trust me you feel his dedication much as we used to feel my grandpas experience on doing it.

When I saw "Tokyo" and "pizza" I knew this video was about some dedicated Japanese faithfully creating the Italian pizza. There something about Japanese people gravitates towards mastery and craftsmanship. Bravo to his dedication.
