A short animation showing the difference between Photo-Oxidation vs. Glutaraldehyde Fixation. Unlike glutaraldehyde treated tissue, PhotoFix uses dye-mediated photo-oxidation to crosslink and stabilize the internal collagen structure, thereby, eliminating toxic by-products and making the tissue feel similar to autologous tissue.
