You’ve got to respect someone admitting their past mistakes, it takes a lot of guts to admit to something like steroid use when claiming to be natty in the past. You can get pretty damn big without PED’s and you’re going to be mentally and physically healthier + happier when you’re all natural. Good shit brother 💯

This is remarkably close to home. My father is currently in the hospital right now due to this. He is a 58, jacked as all get out, but the Tren caught up and he had a stroke. He's stubborn as hell and not wanting to do the bare minimum now to not clock out. I keep telling him that he doesn't have to stop training, he just has to stop putting his body through extreme PED and Dieting cycles. It's just not tenable into later life. Lord have mercy.

I'm glad he talked openly about his mistake and previously told lies. It takes quite the courage to do this!

I'm an icu nurse. Couple years ago around the time of delta wave we got a somewhat famous mma fighter (forgot his name as I'm not into the sport) and he was in septic shock from an abscess in his abdomen with bad peritonitis from repeatedly injecting himself in said area with steroids. I just wish everyone good health, forget all the muscles, the clout, and everything that comes with that. Everyone be healthy by making good decisions and live as long as possible.

i used to be severely underweight (45 kg and my height is 5'6"), i go to the gym 6 days a week for strength training and i do like the fact that people are commenting on how my body is changing and looks lot better. and i feel a lot better too, i quit smoking and stopped counting after the first month of quitting. i can breathe better, i am a LOT stronger and have put on more than 10 kg. I would LOVE to have a big physique one day and be strongner but steroid users always looked aesthetically weird to me, as if their proportions are all messed up. The day when my biceps match my calves, ill start maintaining instead of trying to get bigger. Your channel has been a great inspiration i must say

More people need to hear this, especially younger generations.
Men dont realize that when you start to age your mind shifts as well and you start to priorities other things. If you been pumping your body full of roids for 20 years you gonna wake up with regret

I did a total 180 on Kali. As horrible as it is that this happened to him, it's great to see he's undergone character development and is living proof as to why steroids and being a fake natural is bad

PEDs are proof of someone losing their soul for vain aesthetics

But when Kali fell into the harsh reality of his heart condition, it really does bring any man back into a humbling reality & actually value life more

Praying he can live a healthier life from here on out 🙏🙏

I had friends that took steroids and told me they just wanna live in the moment not caring about what happens or where they are in 10 or 20 years and that they just wanna "shine" for however long they can "shine" for

he's the opposite of liver king, he opens up to his mistakes and corrects them but still encourages people

My brother has gotten into body building, he looks great but I’m afraid he’ll want to get on PEDs, I hope he’ll stay natty

I grew up around some Gear users. One of them was a good friend of mine, he offered but I never took it. I knew that anything that messed with your hormones, potentially making it impossible for your body to produce any Test of it's own was bad news. I wasn't the biggest guy in my friend group, but easily one of the biggest dudes around and I did it naturally. Now I'm in my mid 30s with a perfectly healthy body, and a lot of those guys have issues now. Kids don't mess with it, not worth it. You can still get a nice physique that chicks dig and you can remain healthy. Also control the weight through the motion to save your joints, the amount of young people using momentum and ego lifting makes me pray for their joints and spine. Be smart, life is a long road, and time passes before you even know what hit you, don't ruin your health.

I'm about to turn 20, 2-3 years ago I wanted to use steroids so bad but now I realize that there's no point in doing that and I would regret it now, lift weights sometimes, stay healthy and grind on other things in life lifting weights isn't everything

Good to see him come clean and actually speak out against it. I honestly never believed he was natural, nor ANY of the fitness people I see on social media who are jacked as hell and saying they're natural. I'm looking at you Liver King! Anyone with half a brain and some schooling will know that there is no way in hell the human body can look a certain way eating and working out naturally, regardless of how wonderful or gifted you are genetically. Don't fall into the trap of PEDS or roids, especially younger folks, life is short enough as it is, no need to make it even shorter or worse. Stay strong, fit, and healthy. Just eat well, natural, healthy, and work out. Nothing more.

“A bit of money isn’t worth your life”

You’re drastically underestimating how awful some people’s day to day lives are.

I am incredibly lucky. Many people are not.

Kali Muscle has my highest respects now. I’ve known him for a while, he’s sometimes mocked at the fitness community (actually a lot like 6-7 years ago or something) but I really respect people who has learned from their mistakes. He’s being honest about it. Especially nowadays I constantly see steroids promoted among fitness circles (it was a really thing of taboo maybe 10 years ago, you’d do that stuff in secret and claim that you’re natural) so I applaud him for being honest about it.

PED usage is a lot more common, PTs in gyms constantly push drugs (it’s illegal here in my country without medical approval) I see people doing shady business at locker rooms. You know what, I’d maybe understand if they were doing that stuff to go beyond natural limits, hitting plateaus and all, but a lot of people now do that stuff to get results fast.

The lesson that my parents gave me in life that still holds to this day is that you can always find money but you cannot find more than one life.
