Not an instructional video, but a highlight of sharpening a chisel using the side of a Tormek diamond wheel. This is perhaps a little controversial to finish a Japanese chisel using a leather wheel. In this particular case the chisel was more than sharp enough to perform the task. The key is to remember the function of the tool and its readiness to perform the action needed rather than the method of tool preparation.

Thanks for posting this, it's useful to see the process, though I'm sure I read that you're not supposed to sharpen Japanese laminated blades on diamond or CBN as the soft iron backing will clog the stone. You might want to check that before sharpening them a lot!
