Not just ranking the most fancy FlavorOfTheMonth languages and frameworks, but a much more realistic approach. In my Opinion Java and C# are pretttty close in most regards of functionality and usecases these days as they keep a close but somewhat healthy race with each other. Just Unity stands out in that regard, if one wants to try or get into game development and wants to leverage and existing powerful engine.
(Yes yes, spring boot is not exactly eye level comparison with .net 6 and blazor and maui and what ever else microsoft pulls out of the hat.. but they usually catch up on each other :-) )
Also I very much welcome your honourable listing of PHP. Not only that PHP is really powerful and modern with versions 7.x and the new 8.x, wiiiidely used with or without wordpress and with a powerful framework -Laravel(yes others are cool too), but I would go so far and recommend PHP to almost EVERYONE who is programming somewhere in the web space, as PHP is just stupidly fast to prototype an application. Wether you actually build the real thing with PHP, or Java Spring(boot) or C# or Python Django/Flask or Not Ruby 😜

My plan, right now, is to specialize in C#, and then have a good understanding of JavaScript, Java, and C (at least know how to do some basic development in them).

My take on Top 5 languages.
1. Swift
2. Rust
3. Kotlin
4. C#
5. Dart and GO
New kids on the block. Not popular now but will eventually take over.
Get prepared, for the Future.

Worst languages
PHP
Javascript
Ruby
Java
Python
C/C++
And so on. In short all Old languages .
Popular now, but have lots of Problems.
Most of these Old antics are going to eventually die out.  
So you would be hired Just to maintain Old code.
