A quick correction, at around 9:08 I said that the Evos we drove had heated and cooled seats. It actually only had heated seats (both front and rear), but cooled front seats are available on other models. We regret the error, but not quite as much as we regret the fact that we didn't have cooled seats when we filmed this video.

Also, we reached out to Ford regarding the audio issue described 2:37 and they said the issue wasn't present on production versions of the Evos. Our test car was a pre-production model, so this type of glitch is to be expected.

I was surprised to see this isn’t an electric car, it looks like it should be, it has a Mustang Mach E / Mondeo mixed look too it.
Wish the world would move on from the SUV look now, they just keep getting bigger and bigger

I feel like this would sell in the US based on looks alone. Ford could position it the same way Toyota positioned the Venza, not a direct competitor, just a stylistic and luxury upgrade model.

Great video. The 1.1m screen is a good one, Byton EV was one of the first to pioneer the idea, however, Ford has executed this brilliantly. Another observation, from the side, it looks a lot like the Mustang Mach-E.

Awesome car review as always. I just drove a new Ford Eco sport not too long ago and I noticed that the transmission had awkward tuning as well. Working on uploading the car review to my channel soon. Anyways, when braking it tended to hold the gears for too long and as a result it felt like the car was working against me. Then when coasting it tended to downshift almost immediately making it slow down too quickly. Haven't tried to reach Ford but hopefully they can work on their programming. If I review any other Fords I will try to pay more attention to see if they behave similarly.

Great video. We've just had the hottest day ever here in the UK, so we know what you've been going through. So wish Ford would build this at Valencia with a hybrid powertrain (say the 2.5 PHEV from the Kuga), as it would be an obvious replacement for my current Edge.

Crazy that Ford didn't bring it to the US to replace the Edge. It's based on the same C2 platform as the Escape, Maverick, Focus and Bronco Sport so it can definitely produce it stateside
