Can we make ourselves ambidextrous, or are we just born that way? In this episode, Rhett and Link talk about the pillow Link swears by, whether or not they could survive the Hunger Games, and recount their prom experiences that were… slightly less than magical. Plus, how the heck you can get better at using your non-dominant hand.

Please never stop doing these, it really feels like sitting with friends talking about fun topics and old stories while I do my work, it's so comforting. Also I really appreciate, and as a young man look up to your guys outlook and way of thinking about things. You're really role models for how I want my mental state/outlook to be, how to run my future family, and how to be a good person.

Rhett, as a left handed person, I use both hands all the time. But it's because left handed people are born into a predominantly right handed world. We HAVE to learn to use both hands.

I’m sure yall hear this all the time but I’ve been binging this podcast lately and it’s truly been something keeping me relaxed and calm in a season of stress and anxiety in my life. Even if we don’t agree on everything I think that’s the beauty of it. In a world with so much division yall open up and talk about uncomfy topics sometimes without pushing your own personal agenda. Thank you for all yall do.

Link talking about the toothbrushing route with the best of the toothpaste going to one quarter of his teeth is EXACTLY how I feel why I keep switching up my route 😂 I thought I was the only one hahahaha

55:00 I fell asleep at my gf's house on prom night. together kinda sitting/laying/arms around each other on the couch together watching tv. Her dad woke me up at 7 am and told me I should go home. For two Mormon families that was pretty crazy that neither one of us were given a hard time by our parents about it.

Not me singing "like an unexpected step down. Your foot still up in the air when your brain thought it'd be on the ground by now" 😂

Trying to teach myself to brush my teeth left-handed is like teaching a trout to speak Esperanto.

This episode convinced me to try sleeping on my back because my sleeping position is truly AWFUL. Thanks Linkster.

My dentist told me that i need to start varying my brushing routine, she took one look at my mouth and said "you start brushing on the left dont you" because my left teeth were taken better care of than my right

I definitely agree with using your non-dominant hand. Drumming is a great way to do it. Whatever you do with one hand, you should be able to do with the other. I always enjoy your podcasts guys. Thanks!

Sleeping on your back isn't a good option for everyone. If you snore/have sleep apnea, it's kind of a no-go lol.

I naturally sleep on my back but now that I’m pregnant it’s so uncomfortable 😭 sleeping on my side is so painful for my shoulders, hips, arms and sleep has been such a huge issue. I can’t wait to sleep on my back comfortably again

I have the same ambiguous handedness as Link! For whatever reason I write, hold my phone, hold utensils (basically eat) left-handed, yet I throw, bat, and play guitar/bass right-handed. I never made a conscious decision to do any of those with either hand, some things just seem easier for me to do with my right hand and others with my left. Really curious if there's a medical explanation because I know I'm not ambidextrous as I for sure cannot do things equally well with both hands.

Id recommend the Coop pillow. Yes it's pricey but it's adjustable filling is so wonderful. It's been months and no flattening
