Here's how to do it:
Method 1:
Step 1: Go to Insert / Symbol
Step 2: In the Font section, select the Wingdings font
Step 3: Select the book symbol and then Insert
Method 2:
Step 1: Go to Insert / Icons
Step 2: Find the keyword "Book" then select the book symbol and then Insert
