I've always liked this joke because it's not clear if this is just what monsters consider "soft rock" or the mom just loves heavy metal.

I remember seeing this with my mom 10 years ago and this scene made her LIGHT UP. my mom has three kids, was a cheerleader and beauty queen and is an active member of her church community. if you met, you'd wouldn't be surprised. She's also the person who goes with me to every metal concert, including the big festivals and the one who introduced metal to me. This is Literally my mom and we still joke about it.
