At UMC, the safety of our patients is our priority.
UMC's Fall Prevention Campaign is aimed at spreading awareness throughout UMC that yellow gowns indicate a patient at risk for falls. We should be mindful of these patients, and offer our help.

I’m colored black and blue,
I’m pretty dizzy too,

I didn’t call for you,
And took a whoopsie-doo,
So now I’m wearin’ yellow
Look out for spills and slippery soles,

Check the gown and ask me if I’m OK,

I called Aunt Joan,
She wasn’t quite so strong,
And turned her walker wrong,
