In the psychological thriller directed by Lorcan Finnegan, a man returns to the idyllic beach of his childhood to surf with his son. When I left I asked a life guard if that was true and he said that spot was owned by the nearby hotel and that those kids were the ones trespassing. It seems that Cage is trying to corner the market in curious, middle-aged, low-budget fever dream vengeance horror flicks in the same way that Liam Neeson did for highly-capable middle-aged, low-budget vengeance action flicks. TBH, I wasn’t aware that ‘low-budget fever dream flicks’ was a genre that needed ploughing, but I’ll bite.

10/10! As far as I am concerned, *_Nicolas Cage can't miss!_* He oozes charisma, and has one of the most fascinating faces in cinema history, hehe. EVERY FILM he is in is fun and engaging, for those of us who appreciate his charisma. His acting range is also quite wide; wider than he is often given credit for. I'm excited for this film.
