The Buddha Statues are a sign for peace!!!! Human emotion is connected to the flow of water...the chi. When the emotion is geared to war and oppression...the life force drys up. Only love and compassion will bring back the flow of life through the Waters. We are all connected to Nature...but very few understand how and why.

Ironic, isn't it? The party tried destroying religion and now it literally emerges from the largest river!

I am not a civil engineer. But, I think putting dams on rivers actually makes water flow worse.

Thirst stones are visible in Europe too, they are labeled with dates going back to 1616 and appeared about every 30-50 years according to the other dates on them

Please reduce the loudness of the announcement at the end of each video so it is at the same level as the news itself.

This is just like how the River Saraswathi dried up. The Pandavas spent their exile in the deer forests along the Saraswathi River. It was west of the Matsya Kingdom. Great Rishis like Vashistha and Vishwamitra had their hermitages/ashrams along this river. Also, the great Samaveda-sage Dhaumya of Ayodhya lived along this river. Dhaumya was the personal priest of Yudishtira.

I hope China does not forget the Yangtze the way India has forgotten Saraswathi (both River and Goddess).

If it dried up and showed previous statues that were above water would it not mean that the water level was lower in the past?

The fact these statues are there proves that the water level of these rivers have been very low in the past as well. You do not carve a rock under water.

It is always the little people that suffer the most when these things happen. The big wigs in government are fine but those that work like farmers have it hard. I feel sorry for those people, but not the government of China.

This means that a positive change is coming to the planet and humanity

I was in Chongqing for two weeks one summer almost ten years ago and it rained much of the time with little sunshine. This was a typical summer in that region.

If the river's dried up, how come your video shows water in the river? 1:32

So basically things have returned to how it was, because that statue wasn't built under water!

same thing in California/Arizona/Mexico. The Colorado River is drying up causing major water and hydroelectric power shortages

Hasn't that affected ship/transport barges normally traveling the Yangtze? I thought it was a fairly important transportation hub aswell.
