Please mam read the draft again...PhD or net still mandatory for assistant professor in traditional posts..but for non net subjects like Engineering, yoga music etc net not mandatory. But for promotion (after level 11) perspective PhD still remains mandatory . thank you

You have not read the notification in detail

On page no. 7 in starting they have mentioned requirement for asst. Prof. On the basis of NCrF. NCrF 6.5 means P.G (msc or ma or mcom) and 7.0 for Mtech so yes net not required for mtech peoples but required for university post graduates.
