SpaceX rocket explodes after launch

The massive Starship rocket created by Elon Musk's SpaceX exploded above the Gulf of Mexico Thursday in a massive fireball several minutes after launch.

Despite the spectacular end to the rocket, SpaceX is likely pleased with the results of the launch.

For all the haters. Listen to Elon talk about something called “Rapid Prototyping”. Literally says he expects and wants the rockets to explode so we can learn from the failures now and not when it’s operational in space. Even the motors are newer on the next boosters. He basically was clearing some space on the shelf for new improvements and will have another setup ready in less than a month.
