You seem to be very confused on what's intended and what's a bug :(
Edit: Just so you know this pre-release has a lot of placeholders. I'm guessing mystman12 has just been busy with other things or the rat problem.

Also you should do an 0.8 challenge with strict time limit enabled that sets it to 1 minute.
