Has anyone ever used a sharps container like this?

I cleaned a house where a depressed diabetic and heroin user lived. It was a 4 bedroom house with feces and piss bottles a needed to the ceiling in every room. I cleaned up and disposed of over 5000 needles easy there was piles of them. And they were scattered and under trash and garbage and shit I had to clear every inch of that place super carefully and cautiously. Worst clean out I've ever done. And I used dozens and dozens of those containers but they didn't lock
