I would absolutely say you can make money in one of those little trucks. But I might be biased, lol. I have no desire to drive one of those "bend in the middle" trucks, lol. One slight difference in the carrier we are with now, is we do have the ability to haul more than one customer's freight at a time. The customers and the agents have to say it's alright, and only certain loads are eligible (no secure or temp loads), but we have had more than one load on the truck at a time. ( And got paid for each one, not for a stop!) Sort of a type of LTL in our little trucks. Glad to see a new video, you guys stay safe!

Given the fact that I only have my class b and only driven a non cdl box truck, school buses and shuttle buses- I’ll say I’d definitely take this straight truck over a semi lol. However, I’d much rather prefer a box truck with more cargo room and a sleeper- just a lot smaller than that one 😅

Less Than Truckload is what ltl stands for. In 40 years if you are going to do expedited freight. You best have a 28 foot box that is climate controlled for versatility as well as a tag axle for heavier loads

Thank you! I'm considering moving to expedite and your video was broadly interesting.

Thank you very much for the video. Can you own and drive one of the trucks with a class b drivers license and can you run Amazon relay with them?

The CDL fun starts next month for me. I had latched onto the idea of driving a tractor with a 110 - 120 or so smaller sleeper so I could ditch the Apt and just hit the road for a year or two but after some research unless it's team driving, movers, car haulers and some specialty load who will just laugh at me when I say I just got my CDL it seems that plan is a dream that's down the road a while unless a SUPER light sleeper is made for solo drivers.
NICE setup! Some of those straight trucks are pretty damn sweet!

After driving 1m logged miles, a large sleeper with a small box sounds like a nice change.

Is there a way to take off the trailer so you can add a regular reefer?

What type of freight, what items are shipping via expediting to justify the cost?

Hi I’m George Cruz and I like the way you two get along. I am planning becoming a expediter with my wife. I have experience driving over the road but my wife does not. I figure since the truck is automatic it won’t be that for her to get use to driving and backing the truck. Who do you work for and why. Keep the videos coming and how can I get in touch with you?

I’m a 53 foot driver and I’m looking into switching over to the custom box truck sleeper

I am a LTL driver. I thought about expedited but do not want to team. Most companies don’t want a solo driver

My one story is a team truck with a 53ft trailer. Got one pallet going from Texas to Nashville KS. The GPS said we have arrived. At night looked at my co-driver and said "in the morning maybe we can find the town." All as I could see was porch lights. In the morning I found the "post office" a 20 by 20 building that gave me directions. I found the address a cow pasture with a bunch of guys building huge wind mill for electric power. They had resin but really needed the part B hardener. I have been told NASCAR is a little bit like that when they need a replacement part for a million dollar prize the next day yeah they want it badly.

I am very interested in learning more about this expeditor truck.

Please reply and let know where I would look online to buy one of these.
I am looking for one with double rear axles with a sleeper, 22ft or larger.

Do you have a list of companies that will hire an owner operator with an expeditor box truck?

Are there certain dealers that only sell these expeditors ?
