And Joe lied about the person responsible for the accident that caused his wife and daughter’s death. Joe said the truck driver was drunk. The truck driver was totally exonerated fir any cause if the accident. He was sober. His wife, with her daughter on her lap, ran the stop sign. Joe later admitted he didn’t state the facts.
