He’s not going anywhere. He’s staying on because other powerful people are backing him. Why else would he be that confident in his decision to stay, even when his reputation is in tatters? McCarthy needs his vote, he would protect Santos.

Hey McCarthy, he literally admitted lying completely on his resume. Isn't that enough? If not, make it illegal for companies to fire anyone for doing the same. Don't want that do you?

McCarthy: "What are the charges against him?"
Well, as a Republican politician he's a fugitive from justice in a fraud case. But, hey who isn't these days?

Normal countries have laws against this. Not in the U.S.

Kev "what's he been charged with". We don't care that he lied. He doesn't care that Santos lied to donors or what his fellow republican's want

The way Mccarthy responded clearly shows he doesn't care if people lie or are ethical.

The first thing on day one, the Republicans disabled the House Ethics Committee from doing anything about anyone.
But nice of the repub's to send this freshmen to run cover over it.

A perfect example citizens should have right to call for a dismissal vote at any time for any politician. We stuck with a barrel of Bad Apples right now.

What are the charges against him?
Seeing as Santos is now taking money from tax-payers as a result of lying, isn't there an open and shut case of criminal fraud against him?
Have the Long Island republicans considered filing a complaint with the police or the FBI?
