Flip is entertaining. He can do something else on his own. One thing I like about Flip is he’s not afraid to call Joe out. Everybody does it but Flip keep it real. That’s probably the best part about Flio is he will check Joe. Joe be doing stuff and Flip don’t let it fly. Although Joe is the mastermind and he can do what he wants on his show and he’s built something great, but we not gon act like Joe isn’t manipulative, he moves the goal post a lot, he shades his cohosts right in their face, he used to shut Mel down too much and force her to hold certain opinions and has gotten better as all the guys have and he likes to tell ppl business. He has told Ish business too many times and Ish is left being super aggressive defending himself and it crosses the lines of friendship to me at times. Flip, a Leo, ain’t never been afraid to call things out. Y’all know Leos be with the smoke. Joe doesn’t really like that Flip challenges him at the end of the day and it’s almost like Joe can dish it, but can’t take it with someone who matches going too far like he does.

I know some ppl gon be like, you didn’t have to write this. But I read a bunch of y’all comments and agree with many of y’all. Flip is a good addition but won’t be missed. I only care that he checks Joe but he can be extra at times. But like I said, y’all know Leos are dramatic. And they tend to want the spotlight. Flip isn’t really somebody I look for on the podcast. The ones I really look to hear from is Ice, Ish and Mel. Mel is intelligent and adds good commentary that sends the guys up in a roar. Ish is knowledgeable about business and you can tell he’s focused on the vision more than the antics. And Ice, not perfect, but is all around a good dude with great opinions. He is passionate about music and that is a great dynamic to the pod. Joe is Joe man. Dude crazy and I say that in a sincere way lol!!!

Joe has had dictator vibes, but it seems like he had recently toned it down based on comments from viewers. We should give him credit for that, he has been trying to allow the rest of the crew to speak up recently. As for Flip, he's the most vocal among them all, and his energy brings a breath of fresh air. Joe needs someone like him on the show who isn't afraid to speak out. If he lets Flip go the show will lose a good vibe.

Idk if y’all are just talking, but I’m one of those people who actually thinks Flip makes the podcast more interesting. He has a different perspective & he’s not afraid to keep it real & give his opinion. Joe & Flip are controversial & wildcards. I don’t like uninteresting conversations where people are being pc. I have a dark sense of humor as well.
