I recently went to Cho Dang Gol after visiting many times, and I am sad to say it wasn’t as good as it used to be! I was so shocked by the decrease in quality somehow but the veggies in the Galbi Jim were undercooked and they gave me more bone than meat :( it does have some of the nicest eggs I’ve had so I would still go back for that

Cho Dang Gol has the best Korean food I've tried so far, I still think about the spicy seafood rice cakes, bulgogi, japchae and mushroom rice I had! So good!

You have to get the soft tofu stew there, it’s like a tofu porridge and it is literally the best dish I’ve ever had a restaurant.

One of my childhood favorites was to take the leftover sauce/broth of the galbijjim and mix it up with some white rice and just eat it like that. Try it, you won’t regret it.
