I love buying your (not so) scratch and dent grab bags, keeping the ones i want and mitigating losses by selling ones i have or don’t care to have. Daniel you are the most reliable coin dealer on the internet. One day I hope to shake your hand, man.

I know you are a mom and pop store. A brick and mortar store. You buy and sell to make a living. I watch the videos all the time and would have a hard time letting go of my coins. I love what you do, I just don't think I could though. Once again, 4 years later l. I'm still learning something. Thanks Daniel.

Thanks for the tips. I don’t plan to start selling, but I do appreciate thinking like a coin business person. It makes sense.

I always buy with the thought of flipping a coin or sending in for grading... however, it almost always ends up in my collection... I alwYs buy what I personally like....

Awesome Daniel! Love it! I’d really like to start a side hustle in coins mainly to learn more and potentially years from now be able to retire and do it full time. Great information for starters. I read an article the other day talking about the shortage of coin dealers and how imperative it’ll be in the next 20 years as more collections are liquidated and not enough dealers currently to absorb the inventory. Super important to get more people into the dealer side of things.

Thank you very much for your community services. Your advice is top notch and very much warranted. Im learning to sell coins for side money, by coin roll hunting, and your site's a treasure trove for myself as well as many, many others. Thank you once again.

Genuinely enjoyed your video! Extremely informative and very well presented. As a new person you have given me a lot of information regarding the buying and selling of coins and no nonsense involved. Thank you 🙏 very much. R

I recognize that handwriting on the flips. I did a whole post in a coin group on Facebook about those. I don't know how someone could actively scam people daily, and still sleep at night. They sell raw coins, claiming they're DMPL, BU++++, etc. I guess the real mystery is why does eBay allow it?

Love your videos sir. I started collecting/stacking a couple years ago for financial security down the road and recently started to buy and sell to make a little extra to buy more for my personal collection. I’m still learning but you expertise and knowledge is very much appreciated. I feel like I’m on the right track.🙏🏻✌🏼

Damn!!! I Love the idea of setting up a card table at an antique store!!! 6 of them in my town....many with lots of coins but overpriced 10-20%. Bet they may sell at discounted price in bulk. Market yourself online being there and the antique shop will probably market for you too. Great Advice! Outside the box thinking always creates opportunity!

I thought you said "or become the best f##kin coin dealer" 😂 I had to rewind it to hear the pocket coin dealer, but the first statement is pretty accurate for you!🙏

For me, I try to make back as much of the money that I spend on coins for my collection as possible. Generally I will typically aim for a year and mint that has decent value higher grade as well as potential errors and then buy a few rolls. Recent example would be buying 2x $10 rolls of Kennedy halves and finding 3x DDOs that I am sending off for grading. The profits form that will wipe out the cost of the rolls and a few others besides that didn't have anything I wanted to on-sell.

I have a large and diverse coin collection and I have flirted with the idea of selling some groups off but it is hard to let them go knowing the low offers i will receive. these videos are great

Nice video. I will add learn to grade. Take the ANA grading course and counterfeit detection course. For example Morgan dollars, MS63/MS64 are a good alternative for stacking silver and give you a "grading set" for comparison in the beginning. Same with Lincoln Cents. Focus on these two popular series. Learn to say no and walk away.
