Koenig Knives Atrox Overview

The Atrox is a large, heavy duty automatic knife. The name Atrox means savage or fierce, and it's also the Latin species classification of the Western Diamondback Rattlesnake. The Atrox has subtle serpent-like styling cues. It has a beefy 6061-T6 aluminum handle and stonewashed titanium pocket clip. The tanto style blade is black coated and sports a clip point.

I purchased a Koenig Atrox earlier this year. I was a little hesitant at first since this is a new company and the knife isn't cheap. I work in construction and was worried this knife wouldn't hold up after a few months of hard work but since it had a lifetime warranty I figured if it didn't hold up I would send it back. Let me just say, Atrox is the perfect name for this knife because it is one tough SOB. I will be buying another Atrox for personal use and I look forward to seeing what else this company has to offer.

Definitely a low rider. Give up down right left carry options lots of us really appreciate that flexibility ... Maybe a slimmer manual with a hook to catch the pant pocket so it opens when you pull it out... Better the price a lil and I'll buy one.. Unless this auto design really does lock up like a knife should (not how most autos should) maybe increase spring strength... I'm waiting so hit me back when u have something in the works! Possibly cut down the size ratio of blade length to handle... Just what I'd want lol.. And I do want one
