fred demming who has since past away owned this car. Phoenix, Az. 1989 time frame.
Fred had 5 GT500's, a T5 car & original Starsky Hutch car. He had a shop that specialized in mustang gt cars. had an entire garage of prototype parts...Unfortunately he passed away. Cars were sold by his wife. sold for cheap, cheap money. smh!!!!

I can't remember what year it was, probably 1965, 66, or 67 pink mustang a family moved to my hometown in Georgia back in the 70's! She was a barbie doll of a woman and her teenage daughter said she was a playboy playmate and got the car from Hugh Heffner!! Her first name was Patsy! Won't give out her married name! If I remember right that pink mustang had a black top!

And no body augmentation.

Had a friend in high school, 1977, who drove a pink 1967 Mustang. It was his mothers. She was a big Mary Kay salesperson. So there’s that.

Actually this was the 2nd pink Shelby... the first was a 1966 gt 350 CONVERTIBLE.... ut was one of 6, 1966 gt350 convertibles. All 6 were given to Shelby's closest employees... the pink one went to his secretary.

The first pink car is a normal 1967 Mustang, not the same Shelby 500 pictured with the Playmate.

In my 20’s I had a metallic-black 1968 Chevy Chevette Super Sport with a 396ci V8, floor-shifting manual transmission, 4bbl Webber carbs, Glasspak mufflers, and spotless chromed-reversed wheels. It was eye wateringly fast. And I was planning to get a turbocharger put onto it too.
But…, then I got married and had to let go of that wonderful automobile. Right off the bat she talked me into buying a fu*king station wagon. She usually could talk me into anything. Selling that Chevette was the biggest mistake of my life. Well…, second biggest.
I honestly swear I still have reoccurring nightmares about signing the pink slip over to the buyer of my beautiful Chevette and seeing my car that I basically put together disappear down the street forever with someone else driving it. Few years later that shrew wife was down the street and history too.

Shoulda kept the car….
