I got a theory.

The reason Logan will never pay those people back, despite it being such a small amount compared to what he earns.

Is because Logan knows he's a POS.

if he pays them back. He knows that for the rest of his life. Anytime he scams someone. And he knows he's gonna try again. That's his skill set. Scamming.

They'll keep coming after him and not just give up.

That's how scammers operate. They either cut all contact and run. Or make it so frustrating that you give up.

Logan's a public figure. He can't run, so he needs them to give up.
