I have been skiing for 55 years. This woman is one of the best teachers on YouTube. Enthusiasm, knowledge, creativity, perfect demonstrations. We can all watch and learn.

Great video Deb but I can't believe you aired it with those little kids on the lift with the safety bar up. Put the bar down. One of our little racers fell out of the chair onto an ice patch a few years ago. He almost died.

Deb, what is the purpose of one ski skiing practicing? What are we trying to reinforce here to help with two ski skiing? I don't think I catch that part in the vid. Thank you.

Hi Deb, thank you for the video. I started watching your clips a few months back, they are great and I like your passion! I have been trying to improve my form and technique for years but progressing slowly due to age (I'm 50) and have only 6-8 ski days per season. Knowing I struggle with balancing I started looking into practicing on one ski and came to this video. My issue is: once starting to move I felt my lower leg is shaking constantly, fighting to find balance (lack of confidence I suppose) and not able to point the ski to the front. Is there any exercise or drill I can train myself to overcome this? Thanks again.

I’m sure the bar was down when all you were on the lift chair
