Great tip!! I'm using premiere 2020 and for some reason don't have this "Scene edit detection" option when I right click. Any reason why? How does one get it to appear if it is missing?

is there any plugin-script or way to cut each frame, you can export them as stills or use video to jpg converter and will extract each frame, but i dont want that, i want that inside premiere pro on my timeline

"If I make a video and want to edit something for Instagram", etc... Wouldn't it be easier/faster to simply use your original project, where you already have your cut? Don't get me wrong, I do see some use for this tool when I don't have the project file, but otherwise, I'd rather use the original clips, already cut and in the original resolution/bitrate. I admittedly am not an expert user, so feel free to correct me if I'm missing something here... ;)
