The selling factor for me to the tough system were the drawers. They do have a fairly good seal to make them water resistant. I’ve actually put them in my shower and had no leaking! This is huge if you have a open bed truck and need the drawers to hold water out

The wobble is a unique to the drawer units. Don't understand why they did that. However there is a cheap easy solution to kill the wobble. I should not have to "fix" a brand new box but it is solvable.

If I could
Do it all
Over again I’d basically do all drawer systems. So quick to slide and check or grab and close.

And honestly I’d probably go to any stack or versa stack or anything cheaper just to cut down on all the weight.

I have the DeWalt tough system 2 drawers in my work truck, but no way to secure them to the slide out bed. Could you make the DeWalt latching mechanism that I would be able to screw into the slide out bed?

I just stumbled across your channel, and would love if you could help me with the above problem, plus many more work truck organizer options.

I may well soon upgade from systainer to either Milwaukee or dewalt. I am leaning towards Milwaukee they seem to be better but one annoying thing they both have in common is they dont have top handles on the drawers. That is potentially a game changer for me and i may just stay with systainers as they are so easy to carry around a house with the addition of the Stanley rolling tool box for powertools. I love your addions tho, if i do take the plunge i will definitely be interested 👍

Is there any modifications, or is it a good idea, to enable these boxes to slide and lock into L-track rails?

I got a husky ratchet set I wish there was a way to make it clip on the tough system it’s 290 pieces and already organized so why would I try foam with drawers or something when the system it came with works fine maybe you can figure out how to make attachable clips to put on the bottom and top so you can keep stacking on top of them

Actually a couple years ago I was going to go with ridgid boxes what is the time they were back ordered shipping was almost impossible you had a fight in a store or else he couldn't get it so I went with tough system 1.0 which was me and clearance
d out for the 2.0 great choice because I can use both Gen's they have that played adapter as well what's gives you the opportunity to use tstak boxes

Are you going to review the DeWalt DXL?

I returned my Dewalt because it felt cheap an pieces kept falling off. Water also drained right into the box when you opened it, which could ruin my gear. I went with the Kline Tool Modbox. While it's the heaviest, it's also got a solid build and a lot of attachments.

Milwaukee stuff is very flimsy compared to Dewalt. I have all Milwaukee tools and a Dewalt box. And since Dewalt is made in America, supposedly I think I’m gonna be dumping all my red stuff anyway.
